As Nous Engineering, we have carried the strong experience we have gained in the natural stone sector since 2007 to our modern production facility established in 2022 in Viranşehir, Şanlıurfa. Step by Step
Our Production Process

Extraction (Mining)
Natural stone reserves are identified, and blocks are extracted from the quarry using appropriate methods.
• Blasting, cutting, and controlled excavation techniques are employed.
•Extraction is carried out in compliance with environmental and occupational safety standards.

Block Cutting & Initial Processing
The blocks extracted from the quarry are transported to the factory, where the initial cutting operations are performed.
• Sizing of blocks and conversion into slabs.
• Surface levelling and quality classification.

Advanced Processing & Design
Dimensions, textures, and surface treatments are applied according to the project requirements.
• CNC cutting, polishing, honing, antiquing, sandblasting, etc.
• Adapted to patterns, forms, and measurements according to customer needs.
